These terms form a legally binding agreement between Users (“User(s), you, your, customer(s), yourself”) and www.anandrestaurant.com. These terms shall govern the use of the website which enables the User to connect with us in relation to the service(s) offered through us, website.
Restaurant
- Any service(s) is not available will not be provided.
- Order once placed will not be cancelled.
- Dishes will be served only if they are ready.
- Patrons are requested to wait for minimum 20 minutes after placing order.
- Patrons are requested to record their complaints or suggestions at the counter.
- Your cordial co-operation is solicited.
- We are not responsible for your precious things, so please keep it safe.
- Parking at owners risk & responsibility.
- GST tax applicable.
- We are a drug/alcohol free hotel and do not allow the usage of any kind of drugs or narcotics in our Restaurant.
Banquet
- For a special party we need minimum 60 to 400 persons.
- 40% advance payment against confirmation (non refundable incase of cancellation or postponement under any circumstances). 60% payment on the completion of function.
- Function timing (only 3 hours) lunch up to 3:00pm & dinner up to 11:00pm. Additional charge will be liveable if extending beyond time (per hours 4000/-). Banquet timing lunch 10:30am to 2:30pm & dinner 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
- Food snacks drink ordered at banquet for consumption with in the banquet premises only will be not packed.
- We are not providing panchola and sit down service for food not more than 4 person.
- Sharing of plate is not allowed.
- Consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages is strictly not allowed in the premises.
- DJ is not allowed in the premises.
- Charge will be calculated on actual total number of person or minimum guaranteed number of person whichever is higher. *any extra item added on package would be charged extra.
- We serve jain food also.
- The management has right to change the rates without any prior notice.
- GST or any taxes are subject rules & regulation of government.
- Any kind of misbehavior not tolerate in management premises.
- Management will not be responsible for the lost of any valuable within the premises.
- If any problem of electricity cut during the function to the premise is not responsible.
- Menu should be finalized at least one week in advance.
- Any reduction in number of guaranteed person is allowed 48 hours. Prior of the function & not later.
- We are a drug/alcohol free hotel and do not allow the usage of any kind of drugs or narcotics in our Banquet.
